This book is so short I could almost just the whole damn thing to this page and it’d be fine. it wouldn’t even be that big a chore to read: there have been longer blog posts than this book. This is, essentially, an essay. It’s a thesis essay on time-management. So why does something like that get 4/5 stars? Because it’s damn good advice.
It relays the virtues of getting up early and getting excersize and important planning/ writing done before breakfast, then getting to bed at a decent hour, rather than staying up all night and sleeping in. This is just smart: you are more alert after having a good night’s rest then you are after having been deprived of sleep for 16 hours. That’s pretty basic science. Yet people still say the opposite.
It’s only 40 pages. Give it a read and see if it doesn’t improve your quality of living. What’s there to lose?
